  Although this dentist office can be compared to any mainstream dentistry, their billing department is far from helpful. When apparently calling to confirm coverage with your insurance, the billing staff does not bother to ask any of the necessary questions needed to confirm you will not be stuck paying the entire procedure out of pocket. They claim they are acquiring a quote, which by definition is not just subject to change, it means no confirmation of coverage is made. If you fall prey and get the procedure done and your insurance does not cover it, there are no payment plans offered. Apparently, according to the billing manager, Megan, it is your responsibility to know all details of your dental insurance. Additionally, she had the audacity to say I was lucky I did not incur additional costs in the one month they gave me to pay the bill in full. Her associate, Tanya, had called me moments earlier to inform me I owed an amount and she had offered a payment plan. When I called back I spoke with Megan and when I mentioned this payment plan, she callously dismissed this request while informing me that my charges would go up if I did not pay that day. Not only was she condescending she told me I was confused and incapable of understanding my dental coverage benefits.
